They prepared a six-course meal offered on Thanksgiving Day.
Twelve culinary students from The Art Institute System of Schools across the country presented original recipes in four categories to a panel of chef judges to earn a $5,000 scholarship.
The winning recipes raised $12,370 to benefit No Kid Hungry.
During this one-of-a-kind competition, six teams—each consisting of one culinary student and one faculty chef—gathered in America’s Dairyland to craft a one-of-a-kind dish made from award-winning cheeses.
In the end, one team emerged as the star of the show.
